    I paid my co-pay and deductible at the time of the visit. I received an invoice later from the office requesting an additional balance. I understand sometimes codes are entered incorrectly or what not but my insurance said I was only responsible for the amount I had already paid.

    When I asked for the record of my payment they refused to send it to me. When I called to request my dental records they said the doctor needs to approve the record release. I've worked at a dental office in the past and never do they have to have the doctor authorize a record release. I'm still waiting on my proof of payment from my initial visit. They are SHADY!

    I usually don't post reviews but this is extremely annoying. Been going on since October 2015.
